About the author
Kostiantyn Shcherbinin
I work with owners and management teams of small and medium companies, translating IT and cybersecurity into decisions a business can act on.
Most security advice is written for engineers. Business owners are handed a technical report, asked to approve a budget, and left to guess what happens if they do nothing. That gap is where losses come from.
My work is to close it. I look at how a company actually operates — which systems carry the revenue, who has access to what, what would happen tomorrow if a key system stopped — and turn that into a short list of priorities with a plan attached.
The result is not a longer document. It is a management team that knows what it owns, what it risks, and what to do first.
